Can you work at least 12 hours a month outside, at fun events or partner locations?

You can be on the team within 3 weeks

Fill out this 5-minute form and schedule your interview.

We'll ask to meet with you 2 times:
introduction, job overview, your background and interest
review & sign-off on our requirements, processes, and pay structure

After your interview, we'll let you know if you're a fit for the team, and we'll send you an independent contractor agreement for your digital signature.

After you're officially on board, you'll sign-up in the payroll, scheduling, and other internal systems and complete their intro training content.

We'll get you out in the field and working with a senior provider asap, ideally by the 3rd week after you submit your initial form. We target 2 or 3 hands-on training shifts.
At the same time, we'll share digital training on our brand & business, longevity, functional health, and our products & services.

Now you're part of the team!
You'll start entering your availability monthly and weekly, and we'll get you scheduled for shifts the week following your on-site training.
