WHO YOU ARE

  • Independent & efficient: We try to staff at least 2 nurses, but because we have delivery teams at up to 10 locations simultaneously, we often have last-minute changes or issues. You need to. be comfortable serving IV customers on your own for a full shift when those situations arise.

  • Flexible: At our stage of growth, everything we do is a learning experience and we rarely have certainty. You should be able to work flexible hours to deliver IVs where and when customers want them You need to be comfortable with things changing as we learn, often hourly. You can work in a fast-paced environment with lots of ambiguity.

  • Interested: We are building something new and there is a lot of learning involved both related to IVs/functional health/longevity as well as related to business goals and progress. You’ll be happier if you are interested in learning and sharing with customers and other providers.

  • Committed: Even though most providers have full-time jobs, we are looking for people that can be dedicated to Elivate’s growth both when providing IVs and when managing their coverage to ensure we have providers to fulfill customer needs. You are willing to do what it takes to get things done in a fast-paced, uncertain start-up environment. You do what you say, and you often underpromise and overdeliver.

  • Problem-solver: The ideal providers for Elivate are “dealers”. You are able to roll with circumstances, work outside of the routine from your hospital or other job, and open to new ways of delivering care.

  • Capable: If you see someone that needs help, you jump in. If you see something that could be better, you fix it.

  • Reliable: You commit to monthly and weekly provider coverage requirements on-time or even early. You care about the business helping us have the medical staff available to maximize the customers we can serve. You keep your commitments or find someone to take over for you.

  • Organized: You are detail-oriented, organized, and diligent.

  • Stable: You are calm when managing the unexpected. You are often the voice of reason both at work and with friends. you can calm people down, not overreact, and help others focus on the solution vs. the problem.

  • Interactive: Outgoing and interested in talking to prospects and customers about IV therapy, benefits, ingredients, and how IVs contribute to longevity. You consider yourself part of the team at any delivery location and interact just like other team members.

  • Compelling: We are dynamic, loud, and expressive. You are someone who can hang, who’s magnetic and fun to be around.
